Shipping Information
You will receive an automatic confirmation email when your order is placed. Your order will be processed by Moore Beauty LLC, within 2 business days.*
• Delivery to the contiguous United States only.
*Moore Beauty does not factor weekends and holidays into the processing period. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will not begin the processing period until Monday.
Shipping Options*:
All of our products are shipped by UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address that you provide us at the time of your checkout.
UPS Ground will deliver your package within 3-7 business days after processing for $9.95. Delivery time will vary by state and are estimates only.
UPS 3 Day Select will deliver your package within 3 business days after processing for $19.95.
UPS Overnight will deliver your package overnight after processing for $49.95. If order is received after 12:00 pm MST during the week or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day. You will receive the package the business day after that.
Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Moore Beauty LLC, is not able to guarantee UPS delivery schedules or events beyond our control. Please see the UPS website for additional delivery information.
* Orders placed after 12:00 pm MST will begin processing the following business day.
At no time will Moore Beauty LLC, ship outside of the United States. Customers outside of the United States are encouraged to order through their respective country. You can locate our worldwide locations by clicking on a flag at the bottom of each page of this website.
In accordance with U.S. holidays, Moore Beauty LLC. will be closed on the following days in 2016:

Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return an item(s) from your online order, please e-mail us at info@moorebeauty.com explaining your reason for return and we will begin to promptly process the return and/or exchange.
To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records. Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to the “Damaged Items” section below.
Please note: Only products purchased from MooreBeauty.com may be returned for refund or exchanged. Any Moore Beauty products purchased from other online retailers or store locations are not accepted for return or exchanged, and must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging & product thoroughly for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at info@moorebeauty.com. Email your order number along with your phone number to ensure prompt resolution. Please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
